There was no breakfast included with the accommodation. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The shower was excellent. The three beds worked well whether for more guests or just for two people. Everything ran smoothly. The hotel receptionist in the morning wasn’t very friendly but still attended to us regularly. I noticed the lifeguards were attentive, the pools were clean, and the animator (Will) was good. The pool water, however, was extremely hot, forcing us at times to stay in the cold pool. The breakfast could be cheaper for those who don’t book directly with the hotel but with the apartment owners; alternatively, they could offer a discounted “package” for such guests. A water‑jet pool would also be welcome.

The pools were great and the spa was amazing, but the room fell short: the air conditioner barely cooled, the door was jammed and required a lot of force to open and close, no cleaning was done, and everything—towels, sheets, even changing them—was charged. The hotel meals were also quite expensive.

The place is really peaceful – I liked the calm vibe straight away. My room happened to be right next to a water pump, so there was a low‑level hum that was a little annoying, but it never kept me up. Overall, a decent spot if you can tolerate a bit of background noise.

“Quero voltar para o mesmo quarto”

We were thrilled with room 130; it was spot‑on and felt just right. The only hassle was the elevators, which were packed most of the time and made getting up and down a bit of a wait. Still, the room made up for the lift crowding.

Location couldn't be better – everything was within walking distance. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were pretty brusque, and the building itself looks like it hasn't been updated in ages and could use a solid makeover.
