The staff were super helpful, always ready to answer questions. The only downside was the air‑conditioning – it never really cooled the room, and every time we mentioned it, nothing was done. Also, when we checked out the room wasn’t cleaned.

Great value for the price – the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious with excellent showers. I didn’t find any issues at all.

The place was very clean and modern, and the front‑desk staff were friendly. After midnight the AC was turned off and we couldn’t open the windows without dealing with insects all night, plus the noise from the open windows made it hard to sleep.

The hotel looked brand new and modern. We arrived at 2:30 am after a delayed flight; the owner personally came to let us in and the check‑in was smooth. Just let them know if you’re arriving outside normal hours – there was no desk staff, but a call got a response in two minutes. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

New building in a great spot right off the main road in Shkoder. At breakfast they even offered homemade butter and jam on request. The room had a double and a single bed that were too close together, limiting movement, and the heater didn’t cool the room well.
