The rooms are huge, clean, and beautiful, and the restaurant food is excellent, but the pool area needs better cleaning.
“Repetiría sin duda”
The rooms are huge and the facilities—pool, sauna, etc.—are incredible, but the price is a bit high.
The staff are exceptional, very detail‑oriented and professional; the rooms are beautiful, especially the bathrooms, and breakfast is very good, but the city looks bad, is crowded, and the streets and sidewalks are terrible.
“Amazing hotel”
The hotel is absolutely amazing! The pictures on booking (where we booked from) don’t do it justice. The outdoor pool is bigger than it seems and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We have a junior suite because we do like to have our space and it is absolutely fanta. The restaurant has good food for decent pricing, and the breakfast is more than enough with plenty choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Staff are a gem too!. One thing to note but won’t affect the raring is that you should NOT order anything off the menu. I asked if I’m allowed to get some chips and they said 12 lei first night, 20 lei for the 2nd night, and the 3rd time they became 25 lei. It’s the same manager, no? So yeah, don’t order
