The central spot was handy, yet the bathroom had no ventilation, the soap, hand soap, and shampoo containers were empty and never refilled even after a heads‑up, the toilet paper was only one roll for two days for three people, so I had to buy more… Also, the photos on Booking show a trullo, but the actual room is just a standard second‑floor room in a block, so why display the trullo photos? The staircase is steep and carrying luggage up is a real hassle.

The location was great and the AC system worked well, but the layout is confusing, there are too many stairs, the presentation is different from reality, the cleaning was awful, and some items were old and poorly maintained.
