Jerome and his family were great hosts in a nicely secluded part of the Ardeche, not too far from Vallon Pont d'Arc. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views of the fields and the Ardeche mountains, as well as the pool. I know it can’t be changed, but a bit more room in the 4‑person bedroom would be nice.

The hospitality, Jerome the operator, the location, the peace, the breakfast, and of course the two very child‑friendly dogs were all excellent. Thanks, Jerome. The only downside was that we had only booked for two days.

I love the quiet, the pool, and the extra amenities that turned out well, like the microwave. I felt very comfortable here! The host woman was a lovely lady—top quality.

The scenery and tranquility were good, and the breakfast was fine but nothing special. The establishment was extremely dirty: there were rats around the fridge and microwave, rat droppings on the microwave, no running water to wash vegetables or fruits, no kitchen utensils, and a visible rat trap (the owner was aware). Two dogs were very clingy and weren’t mentioned in the listing. The pool was filthy, the jacuzzi wasn’t maintained, the playroom was dirty, and the rooms were dirty too. The portable AC was noisy, the coffee machine was unmaintained, there was a lot of dust, the bed linens were suspect, and the toilet linens were filthy. The owner wasn’t present; the reception was handled by his 18‑year‑old daughter with no experience. The barbecue wasn’t cleaned. We booked for three people for two days. A couple, Mr. Hubert, who had booked five nights, asked to cancel when they saw the state of the place. The owner lies about his property and wants to be reported. Anyone who books with him will be shocked—everything listed is completely false. Kati
