“Great stay and amenities in hotel were excellent”
The staff were very pleasant and the location was ideal.

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast area was lovely and quiet with a wide selection of options. It’s centrally located, right on the main station and not far from the city center. The only issue was that the bathroom could use more hooks for hanging towels and other items, and more storage space for things like toiletry kits.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. The bartender from El Salvador was great, as was the lady at reception, who was both helpful and pleasant.

I stayed right in front of the train station, just a 15‑20 minute walk from the historic center, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and they provided a thermos and instant coffee. I also had a ironing board and iron available. Nothing to complain about.
Very centrally located, just 2 minutes from Mainz Central Station. Nice room and facilities !
