The service was outstanding, with free coffee, complimentary onigiri for early guests and even manga books; my family of four felt completely satisfied. The breakfast was especially delicious, offering a plentiful buffet that guarantees I’ll be back.
The location, price, and facilities were all excellent.

The food was incredibly tasty, and although the facilities show some age, they’re well‑maintained and the amenities were good. The staff were cheerful and courteous, so I’ll definitely return. Thank you very much. There was nothing negative to mention.
Air‑conditioning worked throughout the whole building, and the surrounding shops and cinema were convenient, plus we could park cheaply in the partnered lot. The place felt clean and comfortable. However, although the website said we could check‑in via QR code, we were sent to the front desk—perhaps because the previous guest was still sorting out their ticket or because of a parking ticket—so we had to re‑enter the same information we’d already typed online, which was a bit tedious. It would have been nicer to confirm everything just with the reservation number.
