Everything is great.

It was cheap and in a convenient spot for us, but the description didn’t match reality. There were no towels, so bring your own, and the shared bathroom had a slight odor.

The location is good, but the bathroom, kitchen, air‑conditioning schedules (14/16 22/8) and noise levels are a problem.

The room was cozy, roomy and spotless. The bathrooms looked a little dirty to an unseasoned eye, but that’s just because the build is a bit amateurish. The hosts weren’t the most pleasant. I let them know in the morning of our approximate arrival time, then 30 minutes before the exact time. When we got there (exactly on the stated time), no one was there and the building photos didn’t match those on Booking at all. There was no intercom or anything. We called and the host said he’d arrive in 5 minutes. In reality he showed up 15 minutes later, scolding us for saying it wasn’t a hotel, etc. While showing us around, he already started yelling, telling us not to make noise because people come here to “rest” (there are only two rooms). The real issue was that the soundproofing was terrible and by midnight we got messages from Booking saying “couples, if you keep making noise, we’ll have to cancel the reservation.” Big joke: it wasn’t us! Also, why advertise a terrace where you can eat and barbecue and a pool if neither is actually allowed?
