“5 stars. We would love to go back!”

Breakfast is 5 stars—something for everyone. The hotel is beautiful. The location was great—we took the hotel shuttle to downtown to watch the fireworks. I wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast is expensive but it’s really great.

“A fantastic hotel for a great stay, treat yourself - we are planning to return!”

We loved how spotless and full of options the hotel was, and the sheer size was impressive until we finally located the outdoor pool. Its spot on the map meant we could stroll to the mall and Grand Ole Opry with ease. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and we ended up spending more than we thought we would on the on‑site shops! On the downside, we kept finding places closed when we needed a quick bite—could the Italian restaurant stay open all day? The Coffee Bean in the lobby shut down when we returned, and the pool bar ran out of all sandwiches by noon; it would have helped if replacements were available.

“It is an exceptional property with excellent staff and facilities.”

The hotel was clean, energetic, and the staff were friendly, and my room was excellent. The only issue was that during my last two stays there was a power outage in the middle of the night, which is concerning.

“It was not a very favorable stay. We will not be going back there again.”

The property itself was acceptable, but it sits in a remote area. The food prices were outrageous, and most of the restaurants were closed. The only decent dining spot was one restaurant, but overall it was a poor experience.
