The proximity to a good beach was a plus. I thought it was a private house or apartment, but it was split and shared, the kitchen was shared, and some guests were noisy and fought in the middle of the night. The experience with that and the kitchen was fatal.

The location was satisfactory. Improve the key‑pickup service, reply to emails in Italian instead of English, and try to give a room with functioning services.

Close to the sea. We didn’t cross paths with neighbors. It felt like we had rented the whole house. The room wasn’t cleaned. There was no microwave. A mop and broom were missing.

Зручне розташування (2 хвилини до моря), тихий затишний дворик, наявність кухні, кава, кондиціонер, який дуже виручав у спеку). wi-fi. Він ніби заявлений але по факту його не було. За 9 днів відпочинку так і не вдалося знайти мережу і підключитись до wi-fi. На кухні були не зовсім у належному стані електроприбори: у чайнику не фіксувалась клавіша пуску. Щоб закип’ятити воду потрібно було утримувати клавішу пальцем; капсульна кавоварка потребує очистки, а ще краще - повної заміни. За 9 днів нашого відпочинку кімнату жодного разу не прибрали і не докладали предметів засобів гігієни. По приїзду було по 2 одноразових шампуня на особу і все… Добре, що ми мали свої засоби. Також були проблеми із дверним замком до кімнати (складно було відчиняти і зачиняти двері)
