The location is the only good thing; the hygiene is awful, all equipment is broken, there is no staff, and people don't answer the phone or messages.

Everything that made the room spacious was also terrible elsewhere: dirty, stinky, TV not working, shower overflowed the whole bathroom, no soap, no staff, no water, and the reception phones on the door were ignored—an absolute disgust.
