⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Jatra Flagship and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything about the stay felt pleasant and relaxing. What truly made my experience special was one of the reception staff members. The boy named Belal deserves special recognition. He was incredibly helpful, polite, respectful, and genuinely caring. Throughout my stay, he went out of his way to help me, and his kindness felt completely sincere. In my entire life, I rarely come across someone at a hotel who is this genuinely helpful and thoughtful. He didn’t just do his job—he made me feel like a valued guest. Jatra Flagship is lucky to have someone like him on the team. People often remember a hotel for its rooms and facilities, but it’s people like him who make guests want to come back. Thank you, Jatra Flagship, for such a lovely stay—and a special thank you to that wonderful gentleman at the reception. 🙏❤️ Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing solid service. However, the hotel is poorly located and getting around is a hassle.

“High quality”

The place was spotless, maintained to high standards, and the staff went the extra mile. The only drawback was the lack of a gym, pool, or yoga mat, though they say they're working on it.

The staff were very friendly, the room was brand new and immaculate, Wi‑Fi was fast, and everything you could possibly need was available – definitely worth staying. Nothing was wrong.
