Good service, a very cozy place, well decorated, clean, comfortable bed, functional bathrooms. There are several outdoor common areas. There is a restaurant and bar option. It’s in contact with nature. The internet doesn’t work well in some parts of the accommodation or outdoor areas. The jacuzzi inside the accommodation doesn’t work well; it turns off by itself and takes a long time to heat up. The restaurant’s dish options are expensive.

The environment is very beautiful, everyone was very attentive. They had an issue with our room and upgraded us at no cost. They know how to treat customers very well. They’re great. The restaurant food is excellent. I think overall it would just be the cleaning of one of the pools. Although it was within expectations for a natural setting full of trees and animals, in any case it was clear that the cleaning was average, because the next morning the area was being cleaned.

The little dog is lovely. Nature enchants the place. Great suite, comfortable and pleasant. The room was not cleaned during the stay.

I stayed in a quiet, green spot with a waterfall and a good restaurant, but the mirror light was broken, the hot tub water temperature couldn't be adjusted because the board was fried, and you can't change the hot tub water.

The heated Jacuzzi bungalow had a very comfortable bed, and both the staff and the Riach restaurant were excellent, but in Bungalow 3 the Jacuzzi would flood the whole room when turned on; we reported it, it was adjusted, yet it still caused trouble.
