The spot is in a good position and the room was comfy and spotless, but the lounge isn’t smoke‑free and the housekeeping could step up, especially in the bathroom where the closet got clogged and the hot‑water heater leaked.

The woodwork is gorgeous and the space feels simple yet refined; the bed was cozy and clean, and the kitchen had coffee, eggs and noodles on hand. A more thorough deep clean would make the place shine—some extra scrubbing in the bathroom and kitchen, dust and cobweb removal, and a few spare blankets would be appreciated.

The photos and description had me thinking it was a single villa with three connected rooms, but in reality each room is separate and lockable, so there’s no shared privacy. The place feels ultra‑modern with plenty of lighting options, and the warm showers are a relief when the evening temperatures drop. It’s a convenient spot if you want to explore Dieng, though the family‑room beds are a bit small for two big adults and the stairs to the beds are quite steep.
