The location was good, but the rooms were outdated, the furniture was in poor condition, towels were frayed, lighting was terrible, the room and bathroom had no coffee maker or minibar fridge, and refrigeration was mediocre. There were no services after 20 hrs, which is disappointing for a 4‑star hotel. The information on the reservation differed between the hotel and the app, causing extra costs for the guest.
