The location is next to everything, Kevin and the rest of the team treated us wonderfully, kept our luggage safe while we were out, and I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful on every shift, especially Quynh on the day shift who even escorted us to the bus for our next trip. The hotel and our air‑conditioned room were great, and the bathroom had all the conveniences we needed. The mattress was firm enough without being too hard. Wi‑Fi was consistently strong on every floor. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s old town, so everything is a short walk away. Around the area you’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and a 24‑hour laundromat. The breakfast was decent, though it didn’t suit everyone, and we often missed it because we slept in late.

The location was good, but the rooms were not clean, there were stains and hair in the bathrooms, and the breakfast was insufficient.
