We received a kind upgrade to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Getting to the pool was a bit tricky; the walk‑way was somewhat awkward, but the seclusion was nice.

A very beautiful hotel, wonderfully located. A large room with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The breakfast was excellent, even with freshly cooked eggs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our wishes. Everything was perfect.

The front desk staff, especially Carole, were incredibly helpful and responded almost instantly. She organized dinner reservations and spa appointments for us. My wife swore the massage was one of the best she's ever received, even though she's had many before. The food was good, though a bit pricey. The only gripe was that the base of the bedroom door could use a fresh coat of paint.

The welcome and breakfast were good, but it’s far from the center; the housekeeping staff rushes in the morning, which is somewhat annoying.
