The location was good.
The shower was nice, but there was no pool or breakfast, it cost over 100 dollars, and in July the pool was still closed.
“Very unhappy with my stay room was dirty”
The location was fine, but the place was unclean.
After I booked a king‑size room, I was handed a queen, and the staff said nothing when I pointed it out; the representative was rude and suggested I leave if I didn’t like it, which was terrible customer service. The bed was awful and uncomfortable, so I’ll never book here again.
The place didn’t match the description, pets were not allowed even though I specifically mentioned I had one, and I did not stay at the room.
