The location was fine, but the room was bad.

Breakfast and staff were good, but Grimsby town centre was dead.

The bedding and towels were clean and some staff were very polite and helpful, but the carpet was threadbare with holes and a lot of undesirable people were hanging around, indicating it needs updating.
