The location is just fine. However, there is no reception desk; everything is handled by AI, and there are many stairs. The bed linens and towels were old and stained, the shower was poor and didn’t produce water, and the toilet had little stagnant water with small bugs. The view is nice and the coffee is simple but tasty.

The host was very attentive, the inn is simple but clean, and the value for money is excellent. Breakfast was well done with the basics (coffee, milk, toddy, juices, cake, bread, ham, cheese, packaged biscuits). Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, nothing was good—bad place, poor service, and the phone never answered. The bed, location, shower, and cleanliness were all disappointing.

Not to discourage anyone, but really consider other options when going to Ouro Preto; a motel would be cleaner. Unfortunately it doesn’t justify even the price, the place is extremely dirty and heavy to stay in, very disorganized.

The staff were helpful, and the Wi‑Fi signal was fine. The shower was awful, with little cold water; the TV was old, only showing SBT and Globo. Breakfast was very basic.
