The hotel sits right in the city center, just next to a metro stop, and the staff—especially Javier and Fannie who run the breakfast—are very helpful, but the place is quite noisy.

The cleanliness and room quality were good, but the food was very repetitive; it would be nice if the buffet varied more, because daily it’s the same to the point that you stop wanting to eat there.
Everything was perfect, even the fire station nearby wasn’t a problem, giving me a 10/10.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few blocks from very touristy areas, and since it was our first time in Chicago the proximity made us feel safe; what I liked most were the large windows—waking up with a view of this beautiful city was magical, and everything else I liked.
