Everything was excellent, and it consistently outshines the other five hotels we stay at between Canada and Mexico; never disappointed.

The room smelled of rotten food and the AC didn’t work, and I stepped on roaches in the bathroom at night.

Breakfast was good, but the elevator produced a strong banging noise.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was good. We could hear quite a bit of highway noise from our room, and the room had a slight musty smell.
