“Weekend w Toruniu”

The hotel is basically in the center of Toruń’s market square, but it’s very quiet and peaceful. The staff are definitely a plus, smiles are a must 😁. The breakfasts deserve attention: they’re very sparse, repetitive, and shop‑like. Cleanliness is unfortunately lacking— everywhere is dusty, there are cobwebs on chandeliers, the carpet is dirty and torn at the seams, and the duvets and pillows need quick replacement as they’re past their prime. The rain showers are clogged, there’s stone on the walls near the sinks, broken soap handles, and the bathroom and room doors are stuck and hard to open or close. There’s no bottled water, which is probably standard now. The hotel needs a renovation or a price cut per night.

The location was great, and there was nothing else to note.

The place was good and the pool and spa area were fine, but the elevator was broken— I chose it because I was recovering from a knee surgery, and getting to the pool meant walking through the courtyard. The ceiling in my room had glass that fogged up and dripped onto the bed, and if I hadn’t taken down the awning, the neighbor above would have seen everything I was doing.

“Pobyt przejazdem.”

I liked the roomy bathroom, but the hotel clearly needs a renovation; it wasn’t very clean, and the rooms were noisy with sounds bleeding in and out. The elevator jams often, so with heavy luggage you have to use the stairs, which are not very comfortable. I’m not planning to stay here again.
