Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The toilets were horribly dirty, with birds, lizards, and cats in the room; the room linen and walls were totally dirty, unhygienic, and unlivable. Everything, from the cleaning staff to the room walls and mirror, was dirty.

I was thrilled with the overall experience, though a few minor issues surfaced.

The hotel's central location was a huge plus, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, the service was a bit of a letdown - the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get assistance with even the simplest requests. Still, the location made up for it, and I was able to explore the city without worrying about transportation.
