“Deberían recambiar colchones y renovar habit”
The location was great, but the mattresses were not.
The breakfast buffet wasn’t huge, yet it had everything and the staff kept it replenished; the room was very large and would suit a family, and the spot between Recoleta and Centro is unbeatable, with safe streets full of cafés and restaurants, and the bed was very comfortable. However, our apartment was linked to an adjacent room by a door that was locked on both sides, yet the other occupants tried to open it at night, probably thinking it was theirs, and the noise passed easily through that door; the room and bathroom décor were outdated (though everything worked fine), it didn’t feel 4‑star, the TV was old with no streaming, and I’d love to see the hotel renovated because otherwise it’s a pretty good place to stay!
