We stayed at this beautiful place for four nights and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, Andrea and his wife greeted us warmly, were kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality and discretion made us feel right at home immediately. The property is meticulously maintained, the spaces are tidy, welcoming, and surrounded by greenery. The rooms are gorgeous, well‑furnished, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxed stay. We especially appreciated the peace of the location: a pleasant silence and relaxing atmosphere, even though it’s close to Arezzo. It’s the perfect spot to escape everyday life and enjoy a few days of calm. The pool is another highlight: clean, well‑kept, and private, a perfect corner to unwind. But the real gem of the stay was undoubtedly the breakfasts. Every morning, Andrea delighted us with exquisite sweet and savory options, prepared with passion, care, and skill—nothing ordinary, but a true gastronomic experience, always tasty and beautifully presented. A wonderful way to start each day! We also greatly appreciated the meticulous detail, cleanliness, and the family‑like atmosphere throughout the property. It’s clear that Andrea and his wife pour passion into their work and aim to give guests a special experience. Four days of true relaxation in an elegant, calm, and welcoming environment. We recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return with pleasure. No negatives.

Andrea was incredibly friendly and helpful; we were welcomed with a glass of wine, treats, and an abundance of local tips, plus a story about the house’s history. The pool is stunning, with luxurious lounge chairs. The room is compact and very clean. Breakfast is very generous, fresh, and delicious. The surroundings are a dream, and we’ll definitely return.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and warm, offering plenty of useful tips on sights and restaurants. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mix of relaxation and exploration.
