“The location is great, but unfortunately, the hotel’s maintenance was extremely concerning. Almost everything we touched”

The location is great, but unfortunately, the hotel’s maintenance was extremely concerning. Almost everything we touched seemed to be broken or poorly maintained. The shower glass suddenly shattered and fell on us, which was very frightening. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed that the sink was leaking water all over the counter, and my makeup products could easily have been ruined. After the shower glass incident, we were given another room, but the mosquito screen also fell on me. At this point, it became clear that the rooms are not being maintained properly. We chose not to make a formal complaint, but I sincerely hope the owners take this review seriously. Regular maintenance is essential, especially when these issues can put guests’ safety at risk. More care, attention, and effort are definitely needed. The location is great, but unfortunately, the hotel’s maintenance was extremely concerning. I loved my stay at this hotel, which was clean, beautiful, and conveniently located near the center. It was also surprisingly quiet in the evenings and at night. The hotel owners were kind and helpful, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.
