The location was good because getting to the nearby villages was easy and relatively quick. The room was a ground‑floor, fairly cramped space (it was noon with sun when we arrived) with no view. The accommodation was poorly maintained with several signs of wear. The only pleasant thing was the bed and mattress, which were quite comfortable. The mismatch between the rating it has and what we experienced is striking. The floor was terribly worn. The windows were dirty. The furniture showed a lot of wear and there were insulating tapes on the door switches. The blankets felt like they had been used many times. A diffuse unpleasant smell of petrol was present at the entrance. I don’t know if there were better rooms, we just got the worst one. The biggest impression is the large discrepancy between the booking rating and the customer experience. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time rooms with terrible conditions have received an inflated rating. I sincerely hope the owners upgrade their basic facilities, set reasonable prices so everyone is satisfied, and support each other.
