The only good thing about this place is its location. The cleanliness of the property is terrible, and basic amenities like Wi‑Fi and air conditioning required extra payment that we had to cover ourselves.

The accommodation matched the pictures and there were no annoying noises or uncomfortable moments, unlike some of the reviews we’d read. However, I’d caution future guests about extra fees: there’s no logic in charging €10 for late check‑in when no one is there to greet you. The booking site says additional charges are paid on arrival at the property, but we were asked to pay online via bank transfer instead. There’s no reception, so you simply pick up the keys and enter. We didn’t mind collecting the keys ourselves, but charging an extra €10 for late check‑in with no staff present is pointless. The booking page also claims Wi‑Fi and air conditioning could cost €2 per night extra, yet we didn’t pay for either and both were available. These extra charges feel misleading and suspicious. The place itself is fine, but double‑check all conditions, payment methods, and late‑check‑in fees before you arrive.

The only thing I can say about this place is that it ruined my trip to Palermo. From the moment I walked into the room I could smell something awful; it seemed never cleaned properly. I found many stains, dirt and other hygiene problems, all of which I photographed and sent to the management. The air conditioner looked filthy as well, and proper ventilation was nearly impossible. The room was in the basement, feeling like a cellar or bunker, which made the strong odor, poor airflow and overall condition unbearable. I reported everything and sent extensive photo evidence, and my complaint was officially recorded. Still, I had to stay in that room for a while. The host’s response only made things worse – instead of taking my documented issues seriously and fixing them quickly, it felt like they were downplaying the problems. In the end I was offered a 50 % refund, which I refused. I stayed until the end of the booking not because the issues were solved or the place was acceptable, but because my flight was at 06:00 the next morning and no timely alternative had been provided, so moving again would have made no sense. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had with a booked accommodation.

The location was great, walking distance to everything. The room was in a squat; as soon as we entered we felt uneasy: people with beer cans, smoking in the corridors, music playing until 3‑4 am in the common areas. We didn’t feel safe. Cleanliness was poor: little bugs everywhere, hair on the bed, in the toilet, in the shower; marks on the walls and sheets, and items that didn’t belong to us were left in the room. We never saw the person we were dealing with. Be careful – she charges 10 € for a late check‑in after 20:00, yet she only texts you the key‑pickup instructions.

Nothing positive. The location was in the basement, a horror‑film opening, no door between the bedroom and the toilet. As two girls, the place was really unhygienic.
