The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff responded quickly via WhatsApp. For two of the three nights there was no water, so we couldn’t use the bathrooms at all. The property blamed construction on the street, but we received no prior notice that the water would be shut off. That was very frustrating. The accommodation is much simpler and less comfortable than the photos suggest. The room is very basic, with almost no storage, but it is clean. The bathroom is tiny. To reach the private rooms you basically walk through the shared bathrooms on other floors, which were at least clean. The location is right next to a subway stop, but it’s still far from the usual sights.

The service was good. The location, though close to the metro, is far from tourist areas and the metro in Bangkok isn’t cheap.
