The location in the city center was excellent, and the breakfast was good, inexpensive, and generous for the fair price. The staff were friendly, straightforward, and relaxed, and the place was very clean. The TV and reading light didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for me because I was busy in Hannover.

The location in the old town and the quiet courtyard room were nice. However, the receptionist’s tone at check‑out was off; I had asked for an invoice when booking, but she said it was a nuisance for her. The two men who checked out before me, on the other hand, were treated very warmly.
