The staff were very helpful and attentive, and there were no complaints.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, but the rooms were much smaller than I expected. That’s typical in Japan; I grew up in the states, so I wasn’t prepared for the size of Japanese rooms. The room itself was fine and I didn’t need anything extra. If you’re used to large rooms like in the states, don’t expect the same.
