“Will not be back”

There was nothing really good about my stay; I was disappointed that the swimming pool was gone, there were no phones in the rooms, the jacuzzi room had only two towels, the TV was tiny, the air‑conditioner filters were nasty, the bed was hard, and they rushed me out before check‑out time.

“We stayed there for approximately 30 mins and left to go find a different property”

The spot was great, but the place still had a strong marijuana smell and you could see the springs in the mattress.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am to clean the room, and the bathtub lacked safety bars and nonslip strips.

“Great stay!”

My check\-in experience was excellent\! Customer service means everything to me, and I truly appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail\. My daughter checked in later that day, and the gentleman noticed that we shared the same last name. He went above and beyond by placing her room next door to mine. That small gesture was honestly the sweetest! He thought outside the box and made our stay even more convenient. Having my daughter right next door made it so easy for me to access my grandbaby throughout our stay. It’s those little thoughtful touches that make such a big difference. Thank you for providing such wonderful customer service and making our stay a memorable one. The smell of the room when you first walk in. I understand the doors are closed but I’d suggest a great fragrance in the mop water or a small plug in

Right in town, but found someone’s underwear in the bathroom and got charged twice; they still haven’t resolved it after 3 weeks!
