The room smelled awful and looked nothing like the pictures, and they didn’t even provide an air freshener to mask the odor. Some lights were flickering, there was no mineral water bottle available for purchase, and they didn’t give the bottle that should have been included in the room. They charged for soft drinks at a price higher than the MRP. I need a refund; this was the worst stay ever.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a few unpleasant issues. The room had a strong and unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the shower wasn't working, which made my stay even more frustrating.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the state of this hotel, which was extremely dirty and lacked any semblance of cleanliness. The overall experience was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
