We arrived to find the door wide open and no receptionist around the clock, so nobody checked our IDs. The kitchenette sink had no water, forcing us to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The shower tray overflowed and leaked everywhere; even when shut, the tap dripped all night. We had to call the host multiple times for the room key code, and only after a cleaner finally reached her did she give it to us. Before booking, we asked if we could leave luggage in the storage room since checkout was at 10 am and our flight was later that evening; she said yes. A day before leaving, we reminded her again, only to receive a reply telling us to leave our luggage unattended in the common corridor because cameras were present.

The place was pretty nice and the location was decent, but the bathroom’s phone was broken and the ventilation was subpar.

The spot was very good, but the AC was in bad shape—air moved so slowly because it was dirty—and the room wasn’t cleaned for two days.

The décor was unique and interesting, and the host left snacks and water bottles for arrivals, but maintenance was poor: doors, windows, and taps were all worn from use, and it seemed only a specific complaint would prompt any fix.
