Checking in was smooth and there was a parking spot at the house; breakfast was okay but bland, the dinner took place in a completely overcrowded room, the food was cold and mediocre, the waiter was friendly but the kitchen staff were unfriendly, we were housed in another building 200 m away, the entrance was dirty but the rooms were clean.

I felt confident because the staff answered my questions quickly before arrival, and even when I was a bit late for check‑in, the front desk person smiled and said, “It’s fine, I’m here,” which was lovely; the room had a high ceiling, was very spacious, had a fridge and a sofa, and was comfortable; the adjacent restaurant was on the floor below, and instead of being noisy, I could hear everyone enjoying their meals, which was pleasant; dinner at the hotel was satisfying with beer and food, and the nearest station (Heidelberg Altstadt) was within walking distance.

The location was top and there was a good restaurant, the room was fine, but it was a bit noisy because of the restaurant and a bit pricey even without breakfast.
