White marble floors, 3 walls of windows from ceiling to floor letting in excellent sunlight. I was in the Ravel Suite so I had a front and a back patio where as I believe the other suite (Verde) has a covered front sitting area that is larger than Ravel but it has no back patio. For the right price this spot is money!. The penthouse definitely has potential to be a vibe but like most things in South Beach things are a little weathered. The hot tub was broken and full of green water that killed half the reason for the room. The breakfast is nothing but 3 stale cereals and watery milk so nothing special. And they were stingy with the towels. Noisy green parrots that yell at you unmercifully when you're in the back porch haha
