The hotel offers a lounge with a fireplace, sea-view terrace, and in-house restaurant serving Danish and international cuisine, with nearby access to a marina and Kongebroskoven Deer Park.

We stayed there about a year ago and were very enthusiastic, but the quality of the breakfast buffet has clearly dropped – a shame, so we probably won’t return.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had good weather and could enjoy it on the terrace after a lovely morning jog along the waterfront in the morning sun. The breakfast offered delicious baked goods, truly tasty and inviting. The staff were very friendly and gave us good service even though we were a bit late to the breakfast room.

The location is good. The room smelled like dog and wasn’t very clean, and was somewhat worn out – it could use a touch-up. We were sitting at the shared courtyard, so the door couldn’t open for fresh air.

The stay was okay, but we ordered a table in the hotel restaurant. We booked a dining spot in the restaurant as recommended at reception, but despite this, there were no available tables because the system apparently wasn’t updated. We were told to come back later, with no compensation or apology at all. This is too bad for the stars they claim.
