“Good value”
Oscar was a friendly host and the room was spacious with always‑available bathrooms. Unfortunately, loud drunk tourists from my room kept me up and I didn’t sleep well.
The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The elevator is old and a bit scary but it works. The downside is that there are only two toilets with showers per floor, shared by 8–10 people, so it’s always busy. Some people take 30 minutes, some couples take 45 minutes, and a few girls stay forever using the hair dryer—maybe put a dryer in the rooms? My room also smelled of sweat if I didn’t have the ventilator on and the window open.
We only stayed one night, so I wish we had more time. The rooms have a cute, dreamy vibe and the apartment is right in the city center, giving an amazing view. The shared bathrooms are exceptionally clean, with shampoo, body wash, towels, and a good hair dryer in every bathroom. My favorite part was Oscar, who was literally calm and welcoming, helped with everything (he even checked on my passport at a nearby shop after I’d already left for the airport), and did it all with a smile. We were three girls in our twenties and felt incredibly safe, so I’d come back anytime. This place and its owner deserve a glowing review!

The shared toilets were always clean, came with a mop and plenty of toilet paper, and there were two toilets in the apartment plus shampoo and shower gel. In summer make sure to book a room with AC because some only have a ceiling vent. Because the place sits above a bar and restaurant that stay open late, the windows aren’t sound‑proof (depending on the room), and there’s a certain time when you can’t leave your belongings.
Oscar is very friendly, the facilities are impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable, and the stay is quiet. We were there from Monday to Thursday and the surroundings are peaceful, with plenty of restaurants for every taste. Highly recommended! 😉
