The bathroom is huge and clean, with sound‑proof windows. The location is centrally located. The breakfast was a bit limited and of average quality. The in‑room phone didn't work for contacting reception.

The staff were kind, available, and courteous. One detail about the bathroom: I think it should have frosted glass because it faces a window overlooking the opposite block, so blinds need to be closed; also, a single shower soap sachet is a bit little; two or a dispenser would be better.

For me it was a five‑star hotel from the moment I entered. The lady at reception has unique professionalism and friendliness. I ran into her again in the morning for breakfast, a nice way to start the day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Everything is very comfortable. The staff's empathy could be improved.
