The room was beautiful, clean, and smelled nice. It was hard to find the check‑in door because there are two buildings and no sign indicating which building we were in; the door was blocked after 11 pm.

The cleanliness was amazing – everything smelled great, wow! But there were no signs for parking, the building, or where the rooms were from the lobby, so we probably had to call an employee for directions. We called to say we’d arrive late after a concert, so we did the online check‑in because the front desk closes at 22h or 23h. They told us there’d be a self‑service kiosk to get the keys, but when we got there the kiosk didn’t work and we had to call an employee to help us, which was a real bummer. The staff offered good service, but the wait for them to arrive was long, not great. Outside it was dark, not enough light to navigate, and we didn’t feel safe.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were good, but the price was steep.
