Stylish self-catering accommodation is available in historic main house or modern courtyard buildings, each with satellite TV, private bathroom, and kitchen/kitchenette with full self-catering facilities.

The apartment was attractive, spacious, and well equipped with kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a dishwasher, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, and more, all very clean. However, the spa had a few issues: the changing room floors were dirty even first thing in the morning, the pool area lighting was excessively bright and should be dimmed or replaced with warmer bulbs, towels cost £2 to hire when they should be free for guests (many users are members), the facility was said to close at 8 pm but we were asked to leave at 19:30, and the double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which isn’t ideal for cuddling.

Everything was wonderful. The location is gorgeous, the accommodation very comfortable and clean, and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside was having to leave.
