Despite arriving early, the front desk staff were wonderful and helped us book a great room ahead of time; all the ladies at reception were very helpful, dedicated, and made sure we could start relaxing in our room earlier than expected. The pool was incredible and the restaurant by the pool had a huge menu with a wide variety of dishes.

The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel itself was large and had everything, breakfast was excellent and varied, the pool was stunning, and the entertainment staff were charming.
