Everything worked perfectly: the ice machine, elevator, and TV all functioned as expected.

The location was awesome, but it was right next to 694 and the traffic noise was unbelievable all night long!!! I would never recommend staying there to anyone.

The room was big, but the showers were cold and the neighbors above me were jumping on the floor, making the building feel freezing.

The breakfast was good, though not awesome; the lobby is nice and the parking lot is adequate, just a bit snug. The room size is fine, but the bathroom in 343 needs renovation— the toilet flush chain broke twice! A front desk person “fixed it” once, but it broke again right away, and it’s not pleasant reaching into the tank.

The location, price, and friendly staff were great, but the air‑conditioner unit was very loud. The room could have been cleaner, and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
