“Nice property, excellent location but there are some service lapse that I do not expect at 5 stars hotel”
The spot was excellent, right at Westlake Pier 5 where you can catch cruises, but traffic jams made it hard to reach the hotel. Because it sits in the busiest part of West Lake with everything at the doorstep, it’s also packed with tourists and only one road leads to the hotel, causing congestion. Getting back to the hotel takes about 15 minutes even though we’re very close to the entrance.
