The room was spotless, the bathroom and shower were spacious, and the location was convenient, though the room felt a bit cramped.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location was fabulous—right next to the botanic gardens with plenty of walking trails and beauty all around. The rooms were really nice and very clean. Be sure to tell the front desk if you don’t want anyone entering your room, because there are no “do not disturb” signs in the room and I was surprised to find someone had been in my room on day one. I asked about it and they added my name to the list of people not allowed in my room. Parking is a problem: there’s a tiny lot out back that only works if you can fit into a small alleyway, and street parking is paid, so it’s definitely tricky. But if you can squeeze into the tiny lot in the back, it’s free, which helps a lot in this area. Overall it was a really good experience.

Breakfast was good, but I wish the staff spoke a language other than English.

The location could be good, but we couldn’t check in at 20.30 as announced because the reception wasn’t staffed as promised. No staff was on site, and the AI hotline didn’t help at all.

Nice bed and shower, a private parking spot behind the hotel, and friendly staff.
