The rooms were a bit small.

The room was lovely and cozy, the chef and staff were very friendly, but the lock system was old, the breakfast – which other guests had complained about all week – wasn’t worth the €15. The menu was very limited, just dry, baked 0815 bright baguette rolls from a discount store, no whole‑grain rolls or any other option. The rolls had to be pressed with dull knives and almost disassembled into their parts. The waiter appeared once to get me a cup of coffee and never returned. There was no milk for the muesli. Apart from the language barrier, the staff were very unremarkable and the place felt a bit spooky that day. I have to admit I couldn’t judge the business side, as I wasn’t back downstairs after 7 pm.
