Bruna's service was the best; she always found ways to make our anniversary celebration amazing, the breakfast was full, she spoke excellent Spanish, helped with questions, gave great recommendations, and her attention was always 10/10! She gave us the main room, which was super pretty, spacious, and I loved seeing the capybaras; it was an extraordinary stay. It would help if they could inform guests that you need to take a boat to reach the hotel, bring cash, and give the exact stop where you should be dropped off, but fortunately Bruna supported us with everything—everything!

The first impression was stunning, but living there felt overhyped. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, so we couldn’t finish a single episode because the connection kept dropping. The door lock was awful; opening the door from inside the room was a struggle. The place wasn’t clean – we found spider webs. In the kitchen the fridge even had bugs, though there was no food inside. We chose the best suite for the private hot tub, yet there was no bubble at all. Breakfast was too basic, offering only two kinds of fruit. Paying almost a thousand reais for a single night seemed excessive; they could at least sell water or soda. The reception staff were not friendly at all, which surprised me because the reviews I read were positive. I gave this stay to my boyfriend as a gift, but it didn’t live up to what I imagined.

The outdoor area is lovely. The room is too small for two people and I even felt out of breath. The top bunk doesn’t support a tall person. There’s no TV, just a tablet that didn’t work. Breakfast was very disappointing, with stale seasonal fruit that seemed to have been stored in the fridge for days.
