The accommodation was simple but great value for a passerby, and it helped us a lot on our first visit to São Paulo; we left our car in the garage, went to the stadium to watch the Palmeiras game, and even shopped at 25 de Março—all by Uber. I liked the place because it was calm and safe.

The location was excellent, and Juliana and Jeferson were outstanding; I stayed for a long time and was never treated poorly, always helpful. I recommend it. I liked everything.

Very clean and spacious, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was worth it with fair price and tasty food. No heavy criticisms, but a convenience store or water/soft‑drink machine, or a minibar in the room, would have saved my life.

Cleanliness and structure were good, with new materials and equipment. The room I stayed in felt cramped and had no TV.
