The RILA 6ATO Hotel & Restaurant is situated 1,300 metres above sea level in Panichishte, adjacent to Lake Panichishte, offering free WiFi and on-site parking. The hotel is near the main tourist route to the Rila Seven Lakes and a 5 km lift station to the lakes. Each room features a flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and balcony, with some rooms including a seating area and hot tub.

I liked the hotel’s location, the staff were friendly, the food at the restaurant was tasty, and the dog was very friendly. The rooms, however, had no cups, glasses, or spoons even though the kettles were present. There were knives, but no means to wash dishes.

The accommodation was in a nice location, breakfast was good and sufficient, the older equipment was functional. However, our room lacked blackout curtains, so light seeped in from early morning.

The location is beautiful, right in the middle of the forest. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff are very friendly, and there’s parking on site. The atmosphere feels very traditional, and on weekends there’s plenty of music and entertainment until late. The lift 🚠 is nearby.

I didn’t like the atmosphere much, but the staff were very polite, the food was exceptionally tasty, and the room was clean.
